THE DEN

This has been shape-shifting since its inception.  The Den is a hub for connection around all things culinary; inspiration, sourcing, recipe development, education, classes, and nature.  I’ve noticed so many who are product instead of practice driven.  I choose to help you develop a kitchen of knowledge.  You will find a menu leading you to subscriptions and future events.  I can’t wait to see what it becomes.  Questions and community dialogues will inspire which classes I create.  I am offering master classes to the lay person.  It might be hard.  It will be fun.  It is worth it.  The educational forum will be an ever-evolving discussion and reference to deepen your culinary craft.  The community will grow as more of us return to nourishing ourselves.

Our cookbook

This collection is born from how I learned to develop and adapt recipes to match my own unique expression, how to take risks, and what it means to embellish. This is the essence of who I am and what I choose to bring into this world. This is how I discovered my authentic voice. Treats from the Den offers a playful, unique, and interactive journey to the willing and curious. This is not a traditional cookbook. This is a book of inspiration through food a unique experience of whimsical and tantalizing recipes meant to initiate your inner culinary artist.

I offer pastry and restaurant consultancy in the USA. I assist with menu planning, menu restructuring, patisserie technique and training, and new product development. I specialize in plated desserts, baked goods, French pastry, cakes, and other modern desserts.
